Our support and care services operate on both a call out basis or a contract basis, with contract calls being answered as quickly as possible with priority given accordingly. Contracts are negotiated between Centurion Computers and our clients, catering for their requirements in a cost effective manner.
Our support and callouts cover all aspects of IT system and computer care over the standard working day, customised to your requirement, covering networking, hardware, software and internet issues.
We survey all IT systems before offering any form of quotation, then a contract will be provided outlining the areas covered, and our terms and conditions, we may also suggest work that is high priority to be carried out before entering a contract.
