Whilst it is true that many people have had negative experiences with VOIP, loss of connection, poor call quality etc, this is usually due to a combination of poor hardware and incorrect setup. VOIP calls usually share the same internet connection as the computers, and if this connection is not properly managed the two can interfere with each other. At Centurion we conduct a thorough assessment of both your needs and internet connection before we recommend or install a VOIP system. To put it simply – if it won’t work reliably, we won’t install it.
We can even configure systems to use a standard analogue line should your internet connection fail.
If VOIP won’t work for you, we can still provide you with alternatives such as a standard analogue or ISDN connection. We work with a number of internet providers and can supply new lines and installations as well as broadband and call packages tailored to your needs.
